This year’s 6k is on April 2nd, at Carolina North Forest.  Register here:

Every year, the Daniel A. Okun Chapter of Engineers Without Borders hosts a 6K Run. Why a 6K? Six kilometers is estimated to be the average distance women and children in the developing world walk each day to collect water. This year’s fun run/walk will take place at the Carolina North Forest. It will be an un-timed single track trail run or walk. Dogs are also welcome, as long as they are leashed.

Registration costs include a t-shirt, a raffle ticket, pre-race yoga session, post-run snacks, and the joy of donating to a worthwhile cause! All proceeds from the run benefit the UNC Engineers Without Borders local and international projects.

If you would like to make an additional donation to help us continue our work, visit our donation page!

A special thank you to our sponsors!
